Non-Refundable Items
All custom-sized items are non-refundable unless there is a serious defect or an error on our part. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Defects or Errors
If you receive a custom-sized item that has a serious defect or if we made an error in your order, please contact us within 7-days at kissespet@protonmail.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us for inspection. Once we receive the item and verify the defect or error, we will determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
Non-Customized Items
For non-customized items, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at kissespet@protonmail.com to initiate a return. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Personalization Accuracy
To ensure your satisfaction, please make sure all customizations, such as spelling, colors, and sizing, are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit or have incorrect personalization due to errors provided by the customer.
Return Process

- Ship the Item: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.
- Refund or Replacement: If the item is found to be defective or incorrect due to our error, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item at no additional cost.
